She loves building relationships, making sure every single person who walks through the door feels like they belong, and watching them grow — whether they're picking up a racket for the first time or competing at a high level — knowing the environment we've built made that possible. When she's not at Nicol, you'll find her, working on her meditation platform, cooking or dancing like nobody's watching.
