Salina, Hospitality Manager at Nicol, brings over 20 years of experience in customer management and customer experience, with a natural ability to build meaningful, lasting connections. She joined the team in May 2025, leveraging her corporate background to help shape and strengthen the culture and sense of community.

Salina is known for her genuine appreciation of people and her focus on ensuring every guest has a positive, memorable experience. She thrives on connecting people, whether it’s clients, colleagues, or ideas. Competitive at heart, she’s recently grown to love the sport of padel and enjoys the fun and energy that comes with it. An avid runner, she also competes in 5Ks throughout the spring and summer. Outside of Nicol, you’ll find her supporting her kids’ sports or spending time with her family.
